Miracles of When Heaven Invade Earth

Here's my thought about... I would like to endorse Bill Johnson's book called "When Heaven Invades Earth". It is a timely message for our generation. It reveals the ways of the Kingdom of God and the availability of God's power in the 'now'. "When Heaven Invades Earth" is not just another book full of information. It literally carries the anointing and breath of Christ to transform you. While reading this book, I saw an instant increase in my life with reference to the miraculous and manifestations of the Spirit of God. During my few days of reading this book, I actually began to see the kingdom in a totally different light. This book shines light on the reality of the Kingdom that is HERE with us now, not just some distant, future destination, but a living and real PRESENT kingdom. One day a young man knocked on my door, and he was trying to sell magazines. He had a broken hand. I asked him if I could pray for his hand. He said yes, but didn...

Miracle (Prophesy - Testimony of an Angelic Visitation)

Here's my thought about... I want to share this personal testimony and experience with you to verify the ministry of angels among us because they have come to take prophetic ministry to a higher level. The Lord has released me to share this Angelic Visitation with you today because these Angels are being released strategically into the *Body of Christ. They will work to bring about the transformation necessary within the *Body of Christ in preparation for * the second coming of the Jesus Christ to earth. I personally give God glory and our ministry gives the glory to God, for it all belongs to Him. May you be encouraged and drawn close to the Father, Jesus the Son and the wonderful Holy Spirit. Do not be distracted by Angels but keep positioned before God. Seek after God and ask Him to bring you into prophetic revelation, so that you can know Him and deepen your relationship with Him. Ask Him to increase your prophetic seer anointing. This article will motivate you to make Him your ...

Miracles of Biblical Wealth & Entrepreneurship

Here's my thought about... Let me start by telling you a story. Joe had a problem, so he took it to his pastor. "Pastor, I'm having trouble tithing these days." The pastor asked, "What seems to be the hang-up?" "Well, back when I made $50 a week, I tithed $5, which was easy. And when I made $500 a week, I tithed $50, which was okay. But now that I make $5,000 a week, I'm having a hard time. $500 a week in tithe is a lot of money! Will you pray for me, pastor?" The pastor says, "Sure, let's pray! God, please reduce Joe's income back down to $500 a week so that he can honor you with the tithe." Now we laugh, but it's not too funny when we evaluate the hang-ups many of us as believers have, and the body of Christ in general. Maybe that's why the Bible has more to say about money and wealth than it does about prayer! It's the truth! Of the 39 parables spoken by Jesus Christ, over half of them use money or work as a tea...

Miracle Testimonies (They Thought For Themselves by Sid Roth )

Here's my thought about... Life's Questions Answered "They Thought for Themselves" is made up of testimonies and stories of ten very diverse Jewish individuals, who like Sid Roth dared to question the forbidden, think for themselves and find their God ordained destiny. Individual writers have written their own story. The narratives have a common thread of personal success in individual career paths. Each contributing writer had become familiar with an emptiness or void in their spirit. They all came to the same conclusion, "There has to be something more." Each story presents a clear salvation message. Sid Roth provides transition comments which segue into the broader-spectrum of the book. Barry Minkow's story demonstrates the price of sin and the grace of God which provides forgiveness and new life. His life was filled with deception, fraud, business collapse. The Holy Spirit's conviction brought him to confession, repentance, and salvation, and rec...

Miracles of Speaking in Tounges -Speaking in Tongues - A Necessity For Today

Here's my thought about... Dear Pentecostal Pastor, Question: What is it that separates us from the rest of Christendom? Answer: It is the gift of tongues. It is the God given ability to speak in the languages of men and angels. It is speaking in tongues which attracts such vicious accusations from professed followers of Jesus that we are possessed by demons and speak in tongues under the influence of Satan. It is that element of walking in the realm of Holy Spirit power that alienates us from mainstream Christendom. We are misunderstood and feared. We are the oddities of the Christian world and yet, ironically, we are the very chosen ones whom the Lord will use in these last days to bring His bride to her chosen destiny through manifestly preaching the word with signs following So what is it about speaking in tongues that is so problematic? It is the fact that people have to utilize "faith" to the maximum in order to participate in this beautiful gift. Faith is the probl...

Miracles of Luxurious Poverty

Here's my thought about... "It's a Wonderful Life" is a story about George Bailey, a very kind man with big dreams who became stuck in his hometown through a series of unfortunate circumstances. His financial situation became so bad he actually contemplated suicide, hoping his family would be able to cash in on a small insurance policy. In order to save him, Clarence, an angel-in-training, gave George a look at what Bedford Falls would have been like if he had never been born. The view of "Pottersville" (named after the rich and evil Mister Potter) was such a contrast to the town that George knew and loved that George prayed to be restored to life and family, and he was. The townspeople, whom had all been recipients of George's kindness, came through to help George in his financial crisis. The story ends with a toast made by his brother, "To my brother George, the richest man in town." In truth, Mr. Potter was still the wealthiest man in town, ...

Another Miracles according to John

Here's my thought about... John 21 Epilogue: Jesus Appears to Seven Disciples 1 Later, Jesus appeared again to the disciples beside the Sea of Galilee.[a] This is how it happened. 2 Several of the disciples were there—Simon Peter, Thomas (nicknamed the Twin),[b] Nathanael from Cana in Galilee, the sons of Zebedee, and two other disciples. 3 Simon Peter said, “I’m going fishing.” “We’ll come, too,” they all said. So they went out in the boat, but they caught nothing all night. 4 At dawn Jesus was standing on the beach, but the disciples couldn’t see who he was. 5 He called out, “Fellows,[c] have you caught any fish?” “No,” they replied. 6 Then he said, “Throw out your net on the right-hand side of the boat, and you’ll get some!” So they did, and they couldn’t haul in the net because there were so many fish in it. 7 Then the disciple Jesus loved said to Peter, “It’s the Lord!” When Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on his tunic (for he had stripped for work), ...

A Leper was Healed According to Luke

Here's my thought about... Jesus Heals a Man with Leprosy 12 In one of the villages, Jesus met a man with an advanced case of leprosy. When the man saw Jesus, he bowed with his face to the ground, begging to be healed. “Lord,” he said, “if you are willing, you can heal me and make me clean.” 13 Jesus reached out and touched him. “I am willing,” he said. “Be healed!” And instantly the leprosy disappeared. 14 Then Jesus instructed him not to tell anyone what had happened. He said, “Go to the priest and let him examine you. Take along the offering required in the law of Moses for those who have been healed of leprosy.[c] This will be a public testimony that you have been cleansed.” 15 But despite Jesus’ instructions, the report of his power spread even faster, and vast crowds came to hear him preach and to be healed of their diseases. 16 But Jesus often withdrew to the wilderness for prayer. God is Real - Undeniable Proof That Will Change Your Life by Roy Davidson

Here's my thought about... The Extreme Makeover - The Power of God to Change a Life Retired artist, corporate executive and volunteer missionary, Roy Davidson, was an unconvinced skeptic, yet easy going kind of guy. Through some remarkable and unusual circumstances Roy discovered that God uses extraordinary and radical experiences to transform a person. God was in the process of bringing Roy into a deeper more intense relationship and understanding of Himself. "God is Real: Undeniable Proof that will Change Your Life" is filled with Roy's personal stories and experiences. He tells of his miraculous escapes from death, a forty foot fall from a tree, and a fifty mile per hour collision with a tractor-trailer. He writes about his supernatural healing, of being beaten by demons, and of his experiences in the presence of the Holy Spirit in the midst of "the cloud of glory." Roy recounts incidents in which he suddenly with no forewarning was "drenched in the ...

Financial, Creative Miracles still Occurs Today

Here's my thought about... Financial Miracles When I got the revelation that Christ was in us the hope of Glory ( 1. Cor. 1:27 ) my miracle ministry really took off. What I saw was that if Christ is in us then He can still do through us what He did in Bible days. As I traveled ministering healing my heart went out for the people's prosperity as well. I began to search the scriptures and I saw so many instances of Jesus doing Financial Miracles that I began to believe and expect for those things to happen. I mean after all He is in me right? One thing I learned is that God moves on the Earth by Faith and by Seed. I sought out miracle ministries that also had financial miracles happening and I began to partner with them and to sow seed into that anointing. Today this is a regular occurrence in my ministry. It seems that anyone who sows into my ministry receives financial miracles. Amazing things. I only share this from the heart to tell you exactly how I do what I do, so you can ...

Mark's Account of Healing by Faith (Part 3)

Here's my thought about... 36 But Jesus overheard[d] them and said to Jairus, “Don’t be afraid. Just have faith.” 37 Then Jesus stopped the crowd and wouldn’t let anyone go with him except Peter, James, and John (the brother of James). 38 When they came to the home of the synagogue leader, Jesus saw much commotion and weeping and wailing. 39 He went inside and asked, “Why all this commotion and weeping? The child isn’t dead; she’s only asleep.” 40 The crowd laughed at him. But he made them all leave, and he took the girl’s father and mother and his three disciples into the room where the girl was lying. 41 Holding her hand, he said to her, “Talitha koum,” which means “Little girl, get up!” 42 And the girl, who was twelve years old, immediately stood up and walked around! They were overwhelmed and totally amazed. 43 Jesus gave them strict orders not to tell anyone what had happened, and then he told them to give her something to eat. Mark 5:36 - 43 (New Living Translation)

Mark's Account of Healing by Faith (Part 2)

Here's my thought about... 30 Jesus realized at once that healing power had gone out from him, so he turned around in the crowd and asked, “Who touched my robe?” 31 His disciples said to him, “Look at this crowd pressing around you. How can you ask, ‘Who touched me?’” 32 But he kept on looking around to see who had done it. 33 Then the frightened woman, trembling at the realization of what had happened to her, came and fell to her knees in front of him and told him what she had done. 34 And he said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace. Your suffering is over.” 35 While he was still speaking to her, messengers arrived from the home of Jairus, the leader of the synagogue. They told him, “Your daughter is dead. There’s no use troubling the Teacher now.” Mark 5:30 - 35 (New Living Translation)

Marks Account of Healing by Faith (Part 1)

Here's my thought about... Jesus Heals in Response to Faith 21 Jesus got into the boat again and went back to the other side of the lake, where a large crowd gathered around him on the shore. 22 Then a leader of the local synagogue, whose name was Jairus, arrived. When he saw Jesus, he fell at his feet, 23 pleading fervently with him. “My little daughter is dying,” he said. “Please come and lay your hands on her; heal her so she can live.” 24 Jesus went with him, and all the people followed, crowding around him. 25 A woman in the crowd had suffered for twelve years with constant bleeding. 26 She had suffered a great deal from many doctors, and over the years she had spent everything she had to pay them, but she had gotten no better. In fact, she had gotten worse. 27 She had heard about Jesus, so she came up behind him through the crowd and touched his robe. 28 For she thought to herself, “If I can just touch his robe, I will be healed.” 29 Immediately the bleeding stopped, and sh...

Mark's Account of the Future by... (Part 2)

Here's my thought about... 9 “When these things begin to happen, watch out! You will be handed over to the local councils and beaten in the synagogues. You will stand trial before governors and kings because you are my followers. But this will be your opportunity to tell them about me.[b] 10 For the Good News must first be preached to all nations.[c] 11 But when you are arrested and stand trial, don’t worry in advance about what to say. Just say what God tells you at that time, for it is not you who will be speaking, but the Holy Spirit. 12 “A brother will betray his brother to death, a father will betray his own child, and children will rebel against their parents and cause them to be killed. 13 And everyone will hate you because you are my followers.[d] But the one who endures to the end will be saved. 14 “The day is coming when you will see the sacrilegious object that causes desecration[e] standing where he[f] should not be.” (Reader, pay attention!) “Then those in Judea must...

Mark's Account of the Future by... (Part 1)

Here's my thought about... Jesus Foretells the Future 1 As Jesus was leaving the Temple that day, one of his disciples said, “Teacher, look at these magnificent buildings! Look at the impressive stones in the walls.” 2 Jesus replied, “Yes, look at these great buildings. But they will be completely demolished. Not one stone will be left on top of another!” 3 Later, Jesus sat on the Mount of Olives across the valley from the Temple. Peter, James, John, and Andrew came to him privately and asked him, 4 “Tell us, when will all this happen? What sign will show us that these things are about to be fulfilled?” 5 Jesus replied, “Don’t let anyone mislead you, 6 for many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah.’[a] They will deceive many. 7 And you will hear of wars and threats of wars, but don’t panic. Yes, these things must take place, but the end won’t follow immediately. 8 Nation will go to war against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in many p...

He Speaks.......things happening..

Here's my thought about... Jesus Curses the Fig Tree 12 The next morning as they were leaving Bethany, Jesus was hungry. 13 He noticed a fig tree in full leaf a little way off, so he went over to see if he could find any figs. But there were only leaves because it was too early in the season for fruit. 14 Then Jesus said to the tree, “May no one ever eat your fruit again!” And the disciples heard him say it. Jesus Clears the Temple 15 When they arrived back in Jerusalem, Jesus entered the Temple and began to drive out the people buying and selling animals for sacrifices. He knocked over the tables of the money changers and the chairs of those selling doves, 16 and he stopped everyone from using the Temple as a marketplace.[c] 17 He said to them, “The Scriptures declare, ‘My Temple will be called a house of prayer for all nations,’ but you have turned it into a den of thieves.”[d] 18 When the leading priests and teachers of religious law heard what Jesus had done, they began plan...

Another Account of Miraclous Healing According to Mark

Here's my thought about... Jesus Heals Blind Bartimaeus 46 Then they reached Jericho, and as Jesus and his disciples left town, a large crowd followed him. A blind beggar named Bartimaeus (son of Timaeus) was sitting beside the road. 47 When Bartimaeus heard that Jesus of Nazareth was nearby, he began to shout, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” 48 “Be quiet!” many of the people yelled at him. But he only shouted louder, “Son of David, have mercy on me!” 49 When Jesus heard him, he stopped and said, “Tell him to come here.” So they called the blind man. “Cheer up,” they said. “Come on, he’s calling you!” 50 Bartimaeus threw aside his coat, jumped up, and came to Jesus. 51 “What do you want me to do for you?” Jesus asked. “My rabbi,[j]” the blind man said, “I want to see!” 52 And Jesus said to him, “Go, for your faith has healed you.” Instantly the man could see, and he followed Jesus down the road.[k] Mark 10:46 - 52 (New Living Translation)

Another Healing Miracle (According to John)

Here's my thought about... Jesus Heals an Official’s Son 43 At the end of the two days, Jesus went on to Galilee. 44 He himself had said that a prophet is not honored in his own hometown. 45 Yet the Galileans welcomed him, for they had been in Jerusalem at the Passover celebration and had seen everything he did there. 46 As he traveled through Galilee, he came to Cana, where he had turned the water into wine. There was a government official in nearby Capernaum whose son was very sick. 47 When he heard that Jesus had come from Judea to Galilee, he went and begged Jesus to come to Capernaum to heal his son, who was about to die. 48 Jesus asked, “Will you never believe in me unless you see miraculous signs and wonders?” 49 The official pleaded, “Lord, please come now before my little boy dies.” 50 Then Jesus told him, “Go back home. Your son will live!” And the man believed what Jesus said and started home. 51 While the man was on his way, some of his servants met him with the n...

Signs of the End of the Age - Part 3

Here's my thought about... 29"Immediately after the distress of those days " 'the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.'[c] 30"At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory. 31And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other. 32"Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. 33Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it[d]is near, right at the door. 34I tell you the truth, this generation[e] will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. 35Heaven and earth will pass away, but my word...

Signs of the End of the Age Part 2

Here's my thought about... 9"Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. 10At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, 11and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. 12Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13but he who stands firm to the end will be saved. 14And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. 15"So when you see standing in the holy place 'the abomination that causes desolation,'[b] spoken of through the prophet Daniel—let the reader understand— 16then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 17Let no one on the roof of his house go down to take anything out of the house. 18Let no one in the field go back to get his cloak. 19How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! 20P...

Signs of the End of the Age Part 1

Here's my thought about... 1Jesus left the temple and was walking away when his disciples came up to him to call his attention to its buildings. 2"Do you see all these things?" he asked. "I tell you the truth, not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down." 3As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. "Tell us," they said, "when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?" 4Jesus answered: "Watch out that no one deceives you. 5For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Christ,[a]' and will deceive many. 6You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8All these are the beginning of birth pains. Matthew 24:1...

Two Blind Men

Here's my thought about... Two Blind Men Receive Sight 29As Jesus and his disciples were leaving Jericho, a large crowd followed him. 30Two blind men were sitting by the roadside, and when they heard that Jesus was going by, they shouted, "Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!" 31The crowd rebuked them and told them to be quiet, but they shouted all the louder, "Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!" 32Jesus stopped and called them. "What do you want me to do for you?" he asked. 33"Lord," they answered, "we want our sight." 34Jesus had compassion on them and touched their eyes. Immediately they received their sight and followed him. Matthew 20:29 - 34 (New International Version)

Miracles of the Temple Tax

Here's my thought about... 24After Jesus and his disciples arrived in Capernaum, the collectors of the two-drachma tax came to Peter and asked, "Doesn't your teacher pay the temple tax[b]?" 25"Yes, he does," he replied. When Peter came into the house, Jesus was the first to speak. "What do you think, Simon?" he asked. "From whom do the kings of the earth collect duty and taxes—from their own sons or from others?" 26"From others," Peter answered. "Then the sons are exempt," Jesus said to him. 27"But so that we may not offend them, go to the lake and throw out your line. Take the first fish you catch; open its mouth and you will find a four-drachma coin. Take it and give it to them for my tax and yours." Mathew 17:24 - 27 (New International Version)

Faith that Cast out Demons

Here's my thought about... Jesus Heals a Demon-Possessed Boy 14 At the foot of the mountain, a large crowd was waiting for them. A man came and knelt before Jesus and said, 15 “Lord, have mercy on my son. He has seizures and suffers terribly. He often falls into the fire or into the water. 16 So I brought him to your disciples, but they couldn’t heal him.” 17 Jesus said, “You faithless and corrupt people! How long must I be with you? How long must I put up with you? Bring the boy here to me.” 18 Then Jesus rebuked the demon in the boy, and it left him. From that moment the boy was well. 19 Afterward the disciples asked Jesus privately, “Why couldn’t we cast out that demon?” 20 “You don’t have enough faith,” Jesus told them. “I tell you the truth, if you had faith even as small as a mustard seed, you could say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it would move. Nothing would be impossible.[d]” Matthew 17:14 - 20 (New Living Translation)

Amazed at Their Lack of Faith

Here's my thought about... The Webster's dictionary explains lack as meaning a deficiency or absence, and to be without or be wanting. I wonder sometimes how many people are in lack ( a spiritual deficiency or the absence thereof.) The Bible speaks to us about the lack of Faith. Let's find examples in the Bible, so we can know when and how we waver in this area. In the Book Psalms 119:158 it says I look on the faithless with loathing, for they do not obey your word. See how I love your precepts; preserve my life, O lord, according to your love. All your words are true; all your righteous laws are eternal. Now it says in the book of Hosea 14:1 Return, O Israel, to the Lord your God. Your sins have been your downfall! Take words with you and return to the Lord. Say to him; Forgive all our sins and receive us graciously, that we may offer the fruit of our lips. Amazed at their lack of Faith. In the book of Matthew there are many examples. At chapter 12:11 it says He said to th...

Allow God to Do a New Thing

Here's my thought about... Our God is a God of new beginnings. His Word says in Isaiah 43:18-19 "Forget the former things, do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up, do you not perceive 1t? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland." No matter what you have gone through or going through right now, God is going to do a new thing in your life, if you allow Him. He wants you to forget all your past pains and failures, so that you can give Him the green light to do a new thing. If you let your past failures block the way, God will not be able to move in your life. You need to let God be God and give Him the permission to perform miracles in your life. You should not let your past failures cloud your present and do not let them choke your future. Apostle Paul sid that he forgot what was behind and straining toward what is ahead. He pressed on toward the goal to win the prize for which God had called him heavenward, in Christ Je...

Walks on Water according to Matthew 14

Here's my thought about... Jesus Walks on Water 22 Immediately after this, Jesus insisted that his disciples get back into the boat and cross to the other side of the lake, while he sent the people home. 23 After sending them home, he went up into the hills by himself to pray. Night fell while he was there alone. 24 Meanwhile, the disciples were in trouble far away from land, for a strong wind had risen, and they were fighting heavy waves. 25 About three o’clock in the morning[b] Jesus came toward them, walking on the water. 26 When the disciples saw him walking on the water, they were terrified. In their fear, they cried out, “It’s a ghost!” 27 But Jesus spoke to them at once. “Don’t be afraid,” he said. “Take courage. I am here![c]” 28 Then Peter called to him, “Lord, if it’s really you, tell me to come to you, walking on the water.” 29 “Yes, come,” Jesus said. So Peter went over the side of the boat and walked on the water toward Jesus. 30 But when he saw the strong[d] w...

We All Have Troubles!

Here's my thought about... There once was a young boy whose mother died when he was nine years of age. His older brother had previously died in infancy. The boy and his sister were left to look after each other for some time while his father went to another area to seek a wife. This boy and his father had relationship problems serious enough that he did not attend his father's funeral when he died. The boy didn't have more than a few years of schooling. When he was 7 years of age he was saved from drowning and at 10 years of age was kicked and almost killed by a horse. He was taunted and ridiculed about his physical appearance. His mental health was poor. In fact, he suffered from depression and had at least two nervous breakdowns. At times he was put under a suicide watch because his friends feared for his life. He failed in business, changed careers frequently and was penniless for much of his life. The 22 year old woman to whom he was unofficially engaged died and he was...

Supernatural Healing

Here's my thought about... Testimonies and Stories of Miracles and Healings Sid Roth and Linda Josef have compiled and edited testimonies and stories of miraculous healing, deliverance, and freedom in "Super Natural Healing: Stories of the Miraculous." These are stories of lives changed from hopelessness and despair to conquest and triumph, and of breaking the pattern of destructive family curses. These are stories which reveal the power of the God working in miraculous ways throughout the world today. The book is made up of real life testimonies telling of miraculous healing and supernatural manifestations. The stories are faith building examples which illustrate how God is pouring out His Spirit in accordance with the words of Jesus in John 12: 12-14, "...greater works than these will he do, because I go to My Father." Helpful suggestions at the end of each chapter contain "What I Can Do" instructions for applying principles of healing to our own lif...

Kristin Story

Here's my thought about... Kristin's health miracle: Born about 1982, Kristin is the niece of Larry & Cathy Harvey, members of our Sunday School class. Cathy mentioned this miracle in about September 2002. In Kristin's write-up: "Thank you for letting me share my personal journey with God. I hope that I can touch your heart like God has touched mine. "June 14, 1995 changed my life forever. It was the summer between the 7th and 8th grade when I got a life threatening disease called Encephalitis. It attacks your major organs, in my case it was my brain. My symptoms were flu-like including fever and being very weak. My parents knew it was something more when I began talking 'baby talk' and lost the ability to swallow. "After being discharged from the emergency room, followed up the next day with my pediatrician, I was admitted into intensive care at Baptist and my care turned over to a wonderful physician, Dr. Tom Paulson. I believe he was an instrum...

Alice Cooper

Here's my thought about... Alice Cooper goes with God 'Shock-rock' pioneer now 'dedicated to follow Christ' Posted: March 01, 2002 1:00 am Eastern © 2010 Charisma News Service Alice Cooper says he loves God but doesn't want to become a 'celebrity' believer. The father of shock rock whose music and stage antics have outraged parents for more than 30 years told how the fear of hell turned him to God. Alice Cooper, who sang about necrophilia and chopped up baby dolls during his concerts, said that although he continues to record and tour with a theatrical horror-style show, "My life is dedicated to follow Christ." Although he became a Christian in the 1980s, apart from brief comments in some interviews the 54-year-old singer has always been guarded about his faith – until now. But in a frank interview with a Christian music magazine, he spoke at length publicly for the first time about his love for God and reluctance to become a "Christian ce...

Nadine was Healed of Cancer

Here's my thought about... Daughter who had cancer is source of strength: I had a surprise conversation on another topic with her father, chief of pathology at another hospital, on 6 April 2000. At age 21, almost 2 years ago, they discovered that she had a lung tumor. Doctors tried a needle biopsy and then a transbronchial biopsy. Though the local pathologists couldn't make a certain diagnosis, they wouldn't allow her father to be involved in the case or seek consultation at the father's preferred consultation source. Doctors decided, therefore, that they must open Nadine's chest and possibly take the lung out...depending on the results of a rapid frozen section diagnosis (if lymphoma, lung stays in; if nonlymphomatous cancer, the lung comes out). Though they couldn't decide the correct frozen section diagnosis themselves as beautiful Nadine was in the OR, they wouldn't allow Ziad to also look at his daughter's frozen section slides. In the absence of a ...

Another Woman of Great Faith (Daughter healed)

Here's my thought about... A Gentile Shows Her Faith 21 Then Jesus went out from there and departed to the region of Tyre and Sidon. 22 And behold, a woman of Canaan came from that region and cried out to Him, saying, “Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! My daughter is severely demon-possessed.” 23 But He answered her not a word.
